My goal is to provide fair and reasonable pricing while ensuring you’re completely satisfied with the service you receive, so you’ll not only want to visit again but also recommend me to your friends!
To better meet your individual needs, I’ve developed a customized pricing system. Everyone’s hair is unique, and so are their styling requirements.
So please reach out to me for any pricing requests, and tell me what you’re looking to get done. I’ll give you an estimate, and we’ll finalize the price after we’ve had a chance to chat during your consultation.

At Jazz Studio, my goal is to provide you with exceptional care and personalized services that meet your unique needs. Your experience and satisfaction are my top priorities, and I strive to give each client the attention and expertise they deserve.
To ensure I can provide this level of service while respecting both your time and the time of other clients, I have a Booking & Cancellation Policy in place. This policy helps me maintain a smooth scheduling process, allowing me to focus on delivering the best possible results for every client.

Booking Your Appointment:
- Appointments can be booked online, by text, or via email.
- To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $20 for a haircut and $50 for a color service via e-transfer is required, which will be applied to your final service total.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and consultation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will not lose your deposit for your rescheduled appointment.
- In case of cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded or will not be passed on to the rescheduled appointment, with no exceptions.
- If the client misses an appointment without contacting me/ without prior notification, it is considered a missed or ‘no-show’ appointment. In this case, you will be required to pay the full- service amount prior to rebooking your next appointment.
- You are welcome to reschedule up to two times without penalty, as long as it’s done with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late Arrivals:
- If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your appointment to stay on schedule.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, in which case a late cancellation fee will be charged.
Refunds:
- Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the service has been completed. If you’re not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 2 days (before hair washing) so we can address your concerns and make it right.
